We partner with companies, institutions and organizations that aim to make a meaningful contribution to the European security architecture and support our international allies.
ADEQS (Alliance for European Defence Equipment and Sustainment GmbH) is an operational alliance of security and defence industry companies. Our mission is to pool strengths, coordinate processes, and provide effective responses to current security policy challenges.
A particular focus lies on supporting Ukraine – both during the war and in the context of civil and military reconstruction. Our strategy aligns with the EU’s Defence White Paper (March 2025), which emphasizes the need to strengthen Europe’s defence industry and provide consistent support to Ukraine.
As a pan-European team based in Germany, France and Poland, we also integrate national initiatives into our work – including Germany’s Operational Plan and the bilateral Defence Action Plan between Poland and Ukraine.
We maintain a close and trusted relationship with the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries (NAUDI), the leading defence industry association in Ukraine. This partnership allows us to address actual local needs and develop precise, effective solutions.
By combining SME agility, industrial capacity and operational expertise, we help to ensure that vehicles, systems and equipment remain operational and mission-ready.
From spare parts and repairs to logistics and consulting – together with our partners, we strengthen Europe’s resilience: responsibly, collaboratively and ready for action.
The ADEQS Advisory Board consists of individuals and companies who support our mission with credibility and commitment – especially through strategic, technical, or international expertise.
Board members contribute their insights, networks and vision to help guide ADEQS effectively. Membership is by invitation only and subject to a thorough review of both personal and organizational suitability.
We place special emphasis on a European perspective and actively seek members from France, Poland, Ukraine, Italy, the United Kingdom and other European countries.
ADEQS connects European SMEs, specialists and workshops – all working toward one goal: reliable and compliant technical support.
